Leveraging Poland’s stellar economic performance, supportive business economic policies, and highly educated workforce, Aurec Capital founded a real estate development company in 2010 that developed and sold thousands of residential units in Warsaw and Krakov.
Under the leadership of Aurec and its official partnerships with sound institutional investors, the group has launched several residential development projects and Private Rented Sector (“PRS”) projects as a long-term investment vehicle. Aurec Capital’s goal is to establish itself as an innovator and regional leader of PRS and residential development projects.

Backed by a highly diversified international team, LivUp is a PRS lifestyle-oriented brand with a portfolio of residential projects across Poland – and amongst the first development type projects of its kind to launch in the city of Warsaw. A pioneering residential concept to the Polish market of extending services and amenities to modern living, Aurec Capital is vertically integrated and acquires, manages, and leases these properties. Alongside its current Warsaw portfolio, Aurec Capital’s goal is to significantly grow the PRS model through additional acquisitions and their management, to the point where several thousand apartments will be under the brand in selected locations.
